Amy Poehler. Parks and Rec got better every episode and her character more lovable. Somehow she and the writers turned Leslie Knope from an annoying do-gooder into a cool government nerd. Anything that might not have worked in the first few epps got turned around pretty fast without any dead end tangents.
Why write about this actor and her show? Because It Made Me Happy. And Amy did so much great funny work before getting her sitcom. She was good on the SNL sketches and GREAT when teamed up with Tina Fey on Weekend Update.
